Here's the checklist-

The Appliance Detail: Complete interior and exterior restoration of the oven, stove, range hood, microwave, and refrigerator (including pulling them out to clean hidden floor dust if requested).
The Bathroom Sanitize: Deep scrubbing to entirely eliminate mildew, soap scum, and hard water buildup from shower glass, grout lines, bathtubs, sinks, and toilets.
Architectural Dusting & Scraping: Hand-scrubbing all baseboards, interior doors, door frames, window sills, and scraping dirt out of window tracks.
Fixtures & Vents: High-dusting and wiping of all ceiling fan blades, light globes, HVAC return grilles, light switches, and wall outlets.
Master Floor Finish: Edge-to-edge vacuuming of all carpets using crevice tools along the walls, followed by deep sweeping, dust-mopping, and wet-mopping of all hard surfaces.

Active Insurance Certificates: Our active COIs for both General Liability and Workers' Comp are permanently on file and ready to be issued directly to your property or management group as an Additional Insured.
The Master Vendor Agreement: We operate via signed Master Vendor Agreements, locking in these flat rates for your fiscal year. Individual jobs are dispatched seamlessly via your property’s Purchase Order (PO) or work-order system.
Payment Terms: Net-15 or Net-30 invoicing options are available for approved, corporate property management groups following successful onboarding.
Debris & Leftover Trash Fee: Standard flat rates assume the unit is completely clear of trash, furniture, and abandoned tenant items. Any unit requiring bulk trashout, furniture hauling, or debris removal will incur a mandatory surcharge starting at $75+ depending on volume.
Extreme Condition/Heavy Grime Surcharge: If a unit is found to be in an extreme condition that goes significantly beyond normal wear-and-tear (e.g., severe grease build-up, heavy wall tracking, or unmaintained bathrooms), an additional heavy-duty cleaning fee will be assessed before work begins.
