Consistent, high-caliber maintenance care for your home.

(each service choice includes kitchen, living room, dining room and main halways)

Baseline revive is our signature recurring maintenance service designed exclusively for established clients. Once your home’s baseline cleanliness has been flawlessly restored by our initial Curated Clean, this service steps in on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence to ensure your estate remains in showroom condition. It is a precise, high-end upkeep program that protects your surfaces, sanitizes your spaces, and preserves your peace of mind.

prices may vary, depending on square footage and walkthrough.

To ensure a safe, sanitary, and highly efficient environment for our specialists, the following rules apply strictly to all residential cleanings involving pets:
Client-Provided Vacuum Requirement: To prevent the cross-contamination of pet dander, fleas, or seasonal allergens between private residential homes, clients with pets are strictly required to provide their own high-functioning vacuum cleaner for our specialists to use on-site.
Pet Securement Rule: For the safety of your pets and our specialists, all pets must be safely secured in a designated room, crate, or outdoor area for the entire duration of the cleaning window. Under no circumstances will our team service a room with loose animals present.
